Create Account

Register as a customer, then you can upgrade to a business account from your profile.

Browse Catalog

Choose custom products such as mugs, notebooks, gift sets, USB drives, power banks, and key chains.

Select Options

Choose product option, supplier, quantity, and review production time before design preview.

Checkout

Enter delivery details, payment method, and confirm your final order total before placing the order.

Track Order

Open My Orders to follow your order status from Pending to Delivered.

Review or Report

After delivery, you can add a review or report an issue if there is a problem with the order.

How can I track my order?

Go to My Orders after placing an order. You will see the latest status, production time, estimated arrival, and order details.

Do business clients get discounts?

Yes. You can upgrade to a business account from Profile and choose a subscription plan that applies automatic checkout discounts.

Can I update my profile?

Yes. Open Profile to update your name, email, password, or upgrade to a business account.

When can I report an issue?

You can report an issue only after the order status becomes Delivered.

When can I add a review?

You can add a review after your order is Delivered.
